Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of ABW Real Estate, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

ABW Real Estate provides real estate consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Property buying and selling consultancy
• Real estate portfolio management
• Research and macroeconomic analysis
• Residential and commercial services
• Off-plan project investments

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates
• Pay agreed fees and costs within the established timeframes
• Promptly communicate any changes in circumstances

4. Fees and Payments

All fees and costs will be agreed in writing before the commencement of service. Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the service contract. ABW Real Estate reserves the right to modify its rates with adequate notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

ABW Real Estate provides professional advice based on the best available information. However, we cannot guarantee specific investment results. The client is responsible for their own investment decisions and must conduct their own due diligence. ABW Real Estate will not be liable for financial losses arising from investment decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, reports, and analyses provided by ABW Real Estate are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is not permitted.

7. Confidentiality

ABW Real Estate is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by clients, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE laws.

8. Contract Termination

Both parties may terminate the service contract with written notice according to the terms specified in the contract. Any fees owed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai.

10. Changes to Terms

ABW Real Estate reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the website. It is recommended to review these terms periodically.
